Expert Maintenance Tips

Ensure precise flange alignment during installation to avoid additional radial or axial loads. Use anti-wear hydraulic oil with operating viscosity of 20–43 cSt and keep oil temperature below 85°C. Bleed the system thoroughly and run at light load for 5–10 minutes before full operation. Maintain fluid cleanliness (10–25 μm filtration recommended) and periodically inspect the shaft seal. Avoid prolonged operation above intermittent pressure ratings to protect bearings and splines. In case of unusual noise or torque loss, first check system contamination and fluid condition.
