• Case-Drain Protection: The TG motor must have a dedicated case-drain line plumbed directly to the reservoir. Never route the case-drain in series with system return lines, as high backpressure will rupture the rotating shaft seals.

• Cold Start Protocol: In cold environments, operate at low pressure for the first 5 minutes to warm up the fluid. This ensures optimal viscosity and protects the internal gerotor set from cavitation during the initial start-up.

• System Filtration: Maintain fluid cleanliness at ISO 4406 19/17/14 or better using a 10-20μm return-line filter. This prevents solid particulates from entering the distribution mechanism, which can otherwise cause speed instability.
