Product Description
Product Overview
The V15A1RX-95 and V15A3RX-95 are axial piston variable displacement pumps from the Daikin V Series, featuring a swash plate design with a theoretical displacement of 14.8 cm³/rev and a maximum operating pressure of 21 MPa (210 bar). Engineered for industrial hydraulic systems demanding precise flow control and high reliability, these pumps utilize pressure compensator control (Type A), which automatically reduces flow output when system pressure reaches the set value while maintaining constant pressure — enabling energy-efficient operation.
Manufactured to exact Daikin OEM specifications, our pumps offer true drop-in interchangeability with identical mounting dimensions (168.0 × 191 × 150 mm), shaft specifications, and port configurations — no piping or manifold modifications required. Every unit undergoes 100% simulated operating condition testing, covering flow characteristics at rated pressure, volumetric efficiency, noise level, and temperature rise performance, ensuring delivery quality equivalent to the original.

Key Technical Advantages
1. Low Noise Across Full Pressure Range
The V Series achieves 68 dB noise operation through optimized swash plate support geometry and piston trajectory design. This is particularly valuable for injection molding machines, CNC machining centers, and other noise-sensitive workshop environments.
2. High Volumetric Efficiency with Minimal Power Loss
Precision-lapped piston-to-cylinder clearances and hydrostatically balanced slipper-to-swash plate contacts result in minimal power loss at rated conditions. Oil temperature rise is significantly lower than comparable pumps, allowing smaller reservoir designs and reducing overall system costs.
3. Energy-Saving Pressure Compensator Control
Type A pressure compensator control automatically reduces pump displacement to near zero once system pressure reaches the set value, maintaining pressure without generating excess flow. This eliminates relief valve losses and is ideal for applications with extended holding periods and varying load demands.
4. High Response and Long Service Life
The variable displacement mechanism utilizes high-strength bearings supporting the swash plate, combined with a precision-machined rotating group, delivering fast flow response, excellent contamination tolerance, and extended maintenance intervals.
5. Complete Drop-In Interchangeability
Mounting flange dimensions, shaft specifications, and port locations are identical to genuine Daikin V15A series pumps. No piping or baseplate modifications are required for replacement, minimizing equipment downtime.
Application Areas
Injection Molding Machines: Precision pressure control for clamping and injection cylinders
CNC Machine Tools & Machining Centers: Tool magazine drives, fixture clamping, and spindle cooling systems
Hydraulic Presses: Forging presses and stamping equipment pressure-holding circuits
Tube Bending & Press Brakes: Ram drive and synchronization control circuits
Blow Molding Machines: Hydraulic power source for mold opening/closing and parison control
Special-Purpose High-Efficiency Machines: Automated equipment requiring low noise and precise flow control
Expert Maintenance Tips
1. Pre-Start Priming Procedure
Before initial startup after pump replacement or when the unit has been idle for more than 3 months, the pump case must be filled with hydraulic fluid through the filler port. Dry starting will cause insufficient lubrication between pistons and cylinder bores, resulting in severe surface scoring.
2. Hydraulic Fluid Selection and Cleanliness Control
For system pressures below 7 MPa, general R&O oil or anti-wear hydraulic oil with ISO VG32–68 viscosity is acceptable. For pressures above 7 MPa, anti-wear hydraulic oil with appropriate additives is recommended. Maintain system fluid cleanliness at NAS Class 9 or better, with return-line filtration rated at 10 μm or finer.
3. Pressure Compensator Adjustment Precautions
To increase the pressure setting, turn the adjustment screw clockwise. Do not over-loosen the adjustment screw, as this may cause oil leakage from the threaded section or internal component ejection. Adjust in increments of no more than 1 MPa, gradually reaching the target value.
4. Periodic Inspection and Replacement Schedule
Inspect volumetric efficiency every 2,000 operating hours or every 6 months. If output flow drops noticeably or oil temperature rises abnormally, inspect the piston/cylinder assembly and valve plate for wear. Seal kits should be replaced every 2–3 years using OEM-specification NBR or FKM materials.
