Expert Maintenance Tips

• Ensure precise shaft alignment with a flexible coupling; avoid applying radial or axial loads directly to the shaft end.
• Keep suction line diameter at least equal to the pump inlet, minimize length and fittings, and maintain adequate positive suction head to prevent cavitation.
• On first start-up, set the system relief valve to the lowest setting, run at low speed under no load for several minutes to purge air, then gradually raise pressure.
• Use anti-wear hydraulic oil (DIN 51524) with appropriate viscosity and maintain high fluid cleanliness; replace filters regularly.
