The VP series (VP1/VP2/VP3/VP4 configurations) variable displacement vane pumps, including models VP-20/A3, VP-40/A3, VP-30-FA3 and VP-SF-40-D, are engineered for medium-to-low pressure energy-efficient hydraulic systems. Featuring automatic pressure-compensated variable displacement, they deliver high flow at low load and reduced flow at high pressure, significantly cutting motor power consumption and system heat generation. Expert Maintenance Tips:

Ensure shaft alignment between pump and motor: eccentricity ≤0.05 mm and angular error ≤1° to avoid radial or axial loads. Route the case drain line directly below the tank oil level with back pressure held ≤0.3 bar. On initial start-up, run unloaded for approximately 10 minutes to purge air. Maintain fluid cleanliness (recommended filtration ≤25 μm) and keep oil temperature within the specified range. When adjusting pressure, loosen the lock nut first.
