Product Description

Product Overview

The VP5/VP6/VP7 series are pressure-compensated variable displacement vane pumps manufactured to original Taiwan ANSON specifications, with the “F” suffix denoting flange-mounted versions. Designed for medium-to-high pressure industrial hydraulic systems, they offer full on-site interchangeability with genuine ANSON pumps. Featuring a spring-loaded pressure compensation mechanism, the pump automatically adjusts stator eccentricity based on system load, delivering stepless flow control and reducing energy consumption during no-load conditions. The high-strength grey cast iron housing and three-point supported stator structure ensure smooth, quiet operation with high volumetric efficiency. Every unit undergoes 100% full working condition simulation testing before delivery, with performance fully compliant with original factory standards, making it a cost-effective alternative to genuine ANSON vane pumps.

Key Technical Advantages

  1. Pressure-compensated stepless displacement control: The integrated spring-loaded pressure compensation valve adjusts stator eccentricity in real time according to system pressure, enabling continuous flow adjustment from 0 to 100%. When system pressure reaches the set point, the pump automatically reduces output flow to avoid overflow losses, delivering over 30% energy savings and reducing fluid temperature rise to extend oil service life.
  2. Three-point supported anti-vibration stator: The stator ring adopts a three-point floating support design to evenly distribute hydraulic radial forces, effectively absorbing flow pulsation and mechanical vibration under high pressure. Operating noise is 5–8 dB(A) lower than conventional variable vane pumps, making it ideal for precision machine tools and automation equipment with strict noise and smoothness requirements.
  3. High-precision matched friction pairs: The rotor, vanes and valve plate are made of wear-resistant alloy cast iron, precision-lapped and group-matched with micron-level fit clearances. The rounded vane tips ensure tight contact with the stator inner surface, minimizing internal leakage under high pressure and maintaining stable volumetric efficiency above 92% with excellent pressure-holding performance.
  4. Standardized on-site interchangeability: Mounting flange dimensions and port positions fully comply with original ANSON standards, allowing direct replacement of genuine ANSON pumps without modifying equipment mounting bases or connecting pipelines. This enables quick replacement, significantly reducing equipment downtime and production loss.
  5. 100% full-condition factory validation: Every pump undergoes full-performance bench testing under rated pressure, peak pressure and rated speed, with core indicators including volumetric efficiency, internal leakage, noise level and temperature rise verified item by item. All test data is traceable to ensure performance fully matches original ANSON specifications.

Application Areas

  • CNC lathes, machining centers, grinding machines and milling machine hydraulic stations
  • Injection molding machines, shoe-making machines and vulcanizing machines
  • Automated production lines, hydraulic fixtures and clamping systems
  • Packaging machinery, printing machinery and light industry hydraulic power units
  • Small lifting equipment, conveyors and construction machinery hydraulic systems

Expert Maintenance Tips

  1. Installation alignment control: Connect the pump shaft to the drive motor with a flexible coupling, and ensure coaxiality tolerance ≤ 0.1 mm. Direct belt or gear drive on the pump shaft is prohibited to avoid bearing and shaft damage from radial loads.
  2. Air venting and oil filling before first startup: Before initial startup, fill the pump chamber with clean hydraulic oil through the top filling port, and bleed air from the suction line to prevent dry friction damage to vanes, stator and valve plate surfaces.
  3. Fluid and cleanliness requirements: ISO VG32 or VG46 anti-wear hydraulic oil is recommended. Maintain operating temperature between 10°C and 70°C; oil cleanliness shall meet NAS 9 grade or higher. An 80–100 μm suction filter is recommended on the inlet side.
  4. Pressure adjustment procedure: When adjusting the pressure compensation valve, turn the adjusting screw slowly to increase pressure gradually to the set value; sudden over-pressurization is prohibited. Factory preset pressure is the mid-value of the pressure grade, and field adjustment must not exceed the rated maximum pressure of the model.
  5. Scheduled maintenance interval: Perform routine maintenance every 2000 operating hours to inspect seal aging, pump core wear and mounting bolt torque. Replace hydraulic oil every 6000 operating hours, and clean the oil tank and pipelines simultaneously to prevent contaminants from entering the pump and accelerating wear.
